Kirloskar Toyota Textile Machinery Private Limited (KTTM), Bangalore, was incorporated in 1995. It is promoted by Toyota Industries Corporation (TICO), Japan and Kirloskar Group, India. The Company was set up for manufacture of textile machinery, namely ring spinning frames. In 2002, the Company diversified into manufacture of auto transmission parts. The Company has constantly pursued on product development, innovative marketing techniques, cost-effective production methods etc. Further, KTTM has made substantial contribution on Exports earnings with export of Ring Frames and spares to Japan, Vietnam, South Korea, Thailand, Bangladesh etc. The Company has been successfully managing the manufacturing-diversification from capital goods (textile machinery production) to mass production (of auto components) ensuring optimal utilization of engineering, human and marketing skills. In order to focus on expanding market of textile machinery business, it was decided to demerger the textile machinery business into a new Company and the same became effective from 1st November, 2015 Presently KTTM is carrying on the business of textile machinery manufacturing. With Launch of new RX-300 model.KTTM has become the global manufacturing hub for Toyota ring frames. Now They can offer G-draft, E-draft machines with Compact, Siro, Fancy, and MOSAIC attachments to produce any type of yarn.
